Your child is growing fast. Both mental and physical development are high at this time of life.

Engage your child in physical activities that stimulate coordination between hands-and-eyes and feet-and-eyes. This will have a big impact on their interest in physical activity and sport. While some children are not happy to eat all foods, this is also a crucial time to help them develop good eating habits to fuel their active lifestyle!


By the time I get organized to go out for a walk with my baby, he/she is tired and cranky.

Keep a Ziploc bag with a diaper, wipe, Kleenex, bottle of water, non-perishable snack, a receiving blanket and any other items that you might need packed and in the stroller. Remember to replenish if you use your emergency stash.
